Digital Navigator training is ideal for employees and volunteers of community-based organizations actively engaged in assisting individuals experiencing the digital divide.

We offer in-person, live online courses and a Technology Basics Training Course on-demand. These trainings are your gateway to mastering the digital universe, becoming a Digital Navigator, and then continuing to earn advanced skills.

You will start by completing the Technology Basics Training Course, where participants will gain insights on how they can help community members learn about web browsers, sign up for email, register for online portals, and more. The learning doesn't stop there! We offer advanced technology training courses that cover various topics, like Digital Wellness, Cybersecurity, etc.
