The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides up to a $30/month discount for internet services to help low-income households stay connected. Many NCW area internet service providers are participating in the program.

Who Qualifies

Lower-income residents (below 200% of federal poverty level) or who are receiving public benefits such as free school lunch, WIC/SNAP, Pell Grants, subsidized housing, and Medicaid.

Lifeline is a federal program providing affordable phone and internet access to those who qualify. This benefit provides eligible consumers with a monthly discount of up to $9.25.
