NCW Tech Help is hosting pop-up events across the region where Digital Navigators will offer in-person basic tech assistance to community members. Digital Navigators can provide community members with guidance on how to connect online, where to find a local provider, and how to access digital skills resources. Anyone can be a digital navigator.

Digital Navigator Classes
We are currently offering a few LIVE Digital Navigator Technology Basics and Advanced Courses online for frontline workers or anybody interested in becoming a Digital Navigator. This training is designed to provide the tools and resources needed to help bridge the digital divide and ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive in the digital landscape. Perfect for those who excel with an in-person instructor, this course is your gateway to mastering the digital universe and becoming a Digital Navigator or learning advanced skills. Participants will gain insights on how they can help community members learn about web browsers, sign up for email, register for online portals, and more.

This is a comprehensive course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to become trusted Digital Navigators. Participants will gain insights on how they can help community members learn about web browsers, sign up for email, register for online portals, and more. All training sessions are now online at this time. Total time commitment of the training event is approximately four hours of time and can be completed at your own pace.
